Lock in the date and time of Santa’s visit—because we want everyone to be ready for Santa's Grand Entrance!
Don’t forget to keep a reminder of the event, or you might end up with a surprise visit from Santa on a totally different day, and trust me, you don’t want him showing up when you're still in your pajamas!

Technical setup.

Ensure you have a stable Internet connection, or Santa might show up looking like a pixelated potato!
Before the big event, test your devices—whether it’s a computer, tablet, or phone—to make sure both the video and audio quality are top-notch.
We wouldn’t want Santa’s cheerful “Ho Ho Ho” to come through sounding like a robot!
Technical issues might pop up because of pesky gremlins or even interference from the Aurora Borealis!
But don’t worry—we’ll do our best to work through any hiccups or, if needed, reschedule.
